Taking 7 short episodes and editing them down to 2 thrilling longer episodes, this is an edit that I'm VERY proud of. The Daleks continue to be menacing while the Thal's are more mysterious until we learn they are our friends.

In this edit, the Doctor and the gang initially meet in the same way, but when we land in the cavemen era, the story pushes forward a lot more. Major plotlines with no payoff are gone and we see how they learn to work together to escape their situation.

This is a fan edit of the original movie serial retold as one feature length film.

A legendary hitman known as Babayka, comes out of retirement to seek revenge, igniting a killing spree across Rome and New York City.

A restoration of the 170-minute extended cut of the film, shown on ABC over two nights in 1996.

I've always loved the Harry Potter books, but the movies have been pretty hit or miss for me. I completely love what they have made, but there are many scenes of poor acting, or bad character choices that are completely fixable.

- Keep the original music to their own movies, except for a few rare occasions
- Tighten up action wherever I could

Goals for Goblet of Fire:
- Remove the Ron and Harry's broken friendship subplot
- Cut out as much bad acting, dialog and writing as I could
- Take out all instances of the Crouch Jr tongue flicks

Part of an ongoing project to convert the “Avatar: The Last Airbender” series into an alternative, less "bite-sized" format, this edit connects the first three episodes into a single narrative, removing all blackouts/titles/credits. Some tweaks to humour and minor changes to narrative have been made, such as a less melodramatic exit for Aang, tweaks to dialogue to foreshadow episode 3, and a slight shift in the order of events.

Goals for the Prisoner of Azkaban:
- This is my favorite movie and will probably have the least changes
- Trim some of the poor performances (Hermione's laughing, some of Harry's acting)
- Cut out some of the one liners and poorly written lines and scenes (Neville's "I'm okay" joke, Hermione mocking Trelawney, and Harry always needing to get a final word in)
- Reduce some of the more over the top stuff (Trim the whole whomping willow scene)

The usual removal of superfluous shots and scenes for a tighter narrative and less distraction, plus a remixed beginning for a little misdirection.

AVATAR: The Final Cut aims to put Avatar's best foot forward by removing unnecessary narration and extending character development. The extended edition, while better than the theatrical by far, was lacking a 3D release. This edit not only fixes the main problem of the film, but also brings an all new 3D version of the extended experience.

You Only Live Twice - the film where Bond becomes Japanese. Hmmm, I've always struggled with that one. There's loads to enjoy in what was supposed to be Connery's swan song as 007, but it's also a film which has not aged particularly well, primarily because of the awkward plot line which sees Bond literally undergo a cosmetic procedure to look Japanese. It never really worked back in the 60's, but now it just comes across as uncomfortable and insulting in some ways.
On the plus side however, this is a gorgeous looking film, with incredible production design and a proper travelogue feel to it.

This edit combines the two original Matrix sequels into a single cohesive film that serves as the epic conclusion to Neo's arc.

- Cut out some of the one liners and poorly written lines and scenes (Harry shushing Ron a couple times, and Harry always needing to get a final word in)
- Reduce some of the more over the top stuff (Harry almost falling out of the car, Harry holding the sword by the bloody blade in Dumbledore's office, Lucius trying to Avada Kedavra Harry)

Combines both films into one narratively satisfying epic ending. Subplots are removed, incredible sequences don't exist, all to make it feel like it was intended as one movie.

Consecution X features nine shorts by six editors, all based on animated source material. Spanning comedy, drama, adventure and fantasy, there's sure to be something for everyone.

Goals for the Sorcerer's Stone:
- Make Hagrid not appear to be so dumb
- Cut out a lot of Harry's unnecessary one-liners
- Trim up some of the dated CGI

Valerian - No Love Lost Edition removes all the forced romance plot and leaves a tight sci fi/fantasy adventure featuring two intergalactic dimension traversing agents on a mission to recover a precious item.

Originally written as a wise-cracking Raymond Chandler detective yarn with supernatural elements; the tone shifted once Eddie Murphy was cast in the central role. Out went the sardonic quips from the script and in their place Murphy attempted to ad-lib new jokes throughout most scenes. But the spark wasn’t there the same way it had been for his previous hits and test audiences were not kind.

Their consensus was that at 2 hours the film was too long and slow. And it was decided the orchestral score by John Barry was not helping with the pacing. So with only a couple of weeks to go before its release date the choice was made to chop 30 minutes out of the runtime and replace the music. So Michel Colombier was drafted in to hastily deliver a contemporary synth soundtrack instead.

Usually these abandoned scores are lost to time. But thankfully La-La Land Records released a 3 disc set containing the entirety of John Barry’s discarded work. So its time to see what the film might have been like with the original Barry score.

Eddie Murphy may be the Chosen One... but John Barry is the Unchosen One!

I am a huge King fan and I particularly love The Stand. I was very excited for the new miniseries adaptation coming to Paramount Plus last year. It was a great cast and creative team, and was going to be 9 episodes long, which meant they could tell a lot more of the story than in the previous miniseries.

However... it was kind of a dud. They made the absolutely puzzling decision of telling the story out of order, which makes a lot of the events feel pointless and aimless because you're getting a pay off before you get the full set up. It's the equivalent of telling someone the punchline of a joke, then over explaining how you got to the punchline.

They also didn't really tell much more of the story. Huge swaths of the plot were rushed through or completely cut out. It really was a bit of a mess.

But! There's a lot of good stuff in there. So, I'm removing the confusing narrative structure and cutting tons of footage out to create a Trilogy of films that tell the story of The Stand.

This edit combines all three of the Lunar themed episodes into one extended TV movie.

The adventure you remember... only with considerably tighter pacing, enhanced stop motion, and more.

This edit takes the final two seasons and rearranges them to make the Night King and his army be the climax as it should have been. Tons of cuts and edits were made to try to save the characters from the awful writing and to keep their original arcs intact.

My main fixes were to:
- Remove the rushed Mad Daenerys arc
- Retain Jaime's character
- Give the Night King some substance
- Give Bran things to actually do
- Make Arya and Sansa not appear to be so stupid
- Remove the dumbing down of Tyrion and endless ball jokes
- Remove or tone down fast travel
- Remove all fakeout deaths, especially in the battle for Winterfell
And tons and tons of other small changes.

Frank Herbert's Dune is a fantastic miniseries adaptation of the original novel, but what would it look like as a feature length film?

HOOK has enough flaws that it shouldn't work. But it does! The good parts pack enough emotional punch to carry the movie. This edit retains those good parts, cuts over half-an-hour of weak parts, tidies up much in between, and adds two deleted scenes. It keeps Peter's character development front and center, makes his and Hook's characters more consistent, and vastly improves the pacing.

Ladyhawke has had a reputation of having mix feelings on the soundtrack. The general consensus is that the 80's Alan Parsons/Scott Powell soundtrack just hasn't aged well. Using the work of Jerry Goldsmith from the little known film "Lionheart", I have rescored probably about 95% of Ladyhawke using this timeless medieval fantasy score.

A fan edit that combines The Hobbit trilogy into one film that closely follows the book and also sits better with The Lord of the Rings film trilogy with regards to visuals / physics / combat. However, other than atmosphere, each story's tone and narrative will still be distinct without any forced references; the focus has been brought back to Bilbo's adventure with only a few subtle nods to the ensuing trilogy remaining.

This edit is a follow-up to my previous prequel edits, Faster More Intense and Sanded Down.

It's in some ways a bit more conservative than my other two prequel edits, and probably one of the more conservative Revenge of the Sith edits in general. While the first two prequels are movies I don’t enjoy because of their flaws, ROTS is a movie that I enjoy despite it’s flaws, I just wish it could be better.

I felt there were 2 unanswered questions in this movie. Both answers were found in deleted scenes. So I added the 2 deleted scenes back in.

Seven years to the Editors. Redesigners, and craftsmen of the Forum Walls.

And Five, Five Edits were gifted to the Academy, who above all else, revise for hours.

For within these edits was bound the length and the skill to govern each film.

But they were all of them deceived, for another edit was made.

In the land of Indoors, in the fires of "My Room," the Dark Lord Stromboli forged in secret, a master edit, to combine all others.

And into this edit he poured his creativity, his talents, and his will to culminate all Five.

One Edit to Rule Them All.

Jaws 2 has been called a competent yet unnecessary sequel - and in many ways that's certainly true. However, I've always loved the film, almost to the same degree of Spielberg's original masterpiece. In my eyes, it doesn't even need a fanedit, but I thought the opportunity was there to present a streamlined, fun and dare I say more powerful version of this great sequel.

Jurassic World is my second favourite movie in the Jurassic Park franchise but I personally find it flawed in several ways.

The Incredible Hulk: Struggle for Control aims to fit better in the MCU. Informative exposition from the deleted scenes is added, while trimmed for pacing. It shows more of Banner and Ross' motivations, less Betty, less close-up CGI Hulk, more Doc Samson, and more SHIELD:
- Several deleted scenes are added (back) in that add depth to Banner and Ross' characters and makes their motivations clearer. E.g. Banner trying to shoot himself in the opening scene, and Ross saying "He wants to get rid of it. [...] I want what's inside of him."
- Betty in Hulk (2003) was a plausible scientist working with genius Bruce, who showed a strength of character consistent with the comics. Disappointingly, 2008 Betty shows neither. Betty's aspirated one-or-two word lines while staring in the middle distance, suggest that she's constantly at a loss for what to do or think. She is trimmed to look less clueless.
- The CGI is frustrating. The Hulk's steroids-ripped body looks less real than Hulk 2003 and repeatedly fails to inhabit the space it's in. The close-ups look the weakest. They got trims when their bodies failed to convince.
- Fleshing out Doc Samson's character helps to flesh out both Bruce and Betty's. Also, I find the perspective interesting to see how an ordinary human responds when a super-powered person enters his life.
- SHIELD's presence reaffirms the continuity within the MCU. Added to their minor mention in the film is Marvel's One-Shot "The Consultant" as post-credit scene.

The original movie has been re-visualized as long lost VHS recording of a Network television show from 1986. It has been edited into a typical 47 minute length episode with created Opening & Closing Titles and commercial breaks. Authentic commercials from 1986 (of a lower video quality) have been used. The movie has been reframed/cropped as 640x480 with Pan & Scan where needed, and slightly degraded with the use of Gaussian Blur and a VHS tracking overlay to help sell the illusion of VHS.

It (A Film) is a fanmix/fanfix of It (2017) and It: Chapter Two (2019). Both films have been combined and restructured to follow Stephen King's novel as close as possible. This edit also intends to re-work Chapter Two to address some of the weaker aspects of the sequel and improve the film.

With over 900 changes this is the ultimate fix. Two F Bombs remain

These two movies turn Star Trek Picard into two classic style Trek Movies with a 3 act structure and many hundered of changes, scoring tweaks, and much much more

The Shadow Knows celebrates the gorgeous sets and costumes (using the Shout Factory blu-ray as source) and Jerry Goldsmith's score (adding cues from the Intrada CDs). Ying-Ko's backstory is shown through three dreams, letting the film open in medias res on the bridge. The dreams build up in awfulness: recurring reminders of his ruthless past.
One of the most influential and long-lived pulp characters, The Shadow has been a radio drama host/character, the hero of 325 novels, and has appeared in comics, TV shorts and films since 1930. Building on Walter Gibson's stories from 1939-1940, The Shadow fights his nemesis, Shiwan Khan, who plans to take over the world by holding New York City to ransom with an atom bomb. Using his power "to cloud men’s minds”, the Shadow comes to the city’s rescue with guns blazing.

To create the Superman epic per the shooting script befor the movie was chopped in half by the producers when money ran out and the ending of the first half was changed.

The 1979 SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE was plagued with issues during production leading to many changes which resulted in two films being release (Superman and Superman II) which significantly differed from what was originally intended. When the producers started to run out of money, they removed the intended cliffahanger from the first movie leading to the second movie needing so many changes that the director left or was replaced (depending on the acocunts you read). This present the original vision in a truncated form to get into the action with many newly completed deleted scenes, fixes and much much more per the shooting script.

The 1979 SUPERRMAN: THE MOVIE was plagued with issues during production leading to many changes which resulted in two films being released (Superman and Superman II) which significantly differed from what was originally intended; a single epic movie. As money ran out the producers changed the end of SUPERMAN to the film we now know. This now is as close to the original structure, no turning back time, no Lois gets squised, as you can get. The cliffhanger lead in to SUPERMAN II: The Donner cut or the forthcoming SUPERMAN II Extended .

Return of the Jedi: Possessed is edited to be closer in tone and pacing to the classic Episodes IV and V. The story beats and plot are all the same, but it is less silly, campy, and cheesy.

James Bond, in Brosnan's second adventure, is as much a boy with toys as he is a dinosaur from the Cold War. We meet media mogul Carver who will push countries to war if it sells more newspapers. After Bond secures nuclear missiles in the outstanding opening sequence, he finds a GPS encoder and an ex-girlfriend. The trail leads him to Asia where he teams up with Chinese spy Wai Lin. Together they must find a stealth vessel and stop the UK from declaring war on China.

This fanedit restores K.D. Lang's song to the opening credits (Sheryl Crow now plays over the closing credits). The edit is faster paced, with fewer lame jokes, less wooden acting, and fewer machine guns.

With a shorter runtime, cut awkward jokes and poor VFX shots, and improved monster effects compositions in the finale, RePlucked offers a tighter, cleaner, better version of Willard Hyuck's 1986 film.

Moonraker is the film that famously sent Bond to outer space. After the success of The Spy Who Loved Me, the producers wanted to go one step further and go even bigger. That, combined with the obvious influence felt by successful films like Star Wars and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, led to one of the most successful but divisive films in the series' long history.

It's the same classic edit of Attack of the Clones by the Phantom editor, but now presented in HD!

Sourced from the recently released 4k UHD Blu-Ray extended editions, this edit is fairly light. I love the epic feel of the LOTR movies, I just didn't appreciate Peter Jackson harnessing his inner Lucas by going Star Wars Prequels on these films.
