The first episode of my 'Star Wars: Rebels' Series. The original movie and 4 episodes of the TV series are recut into a movie structure, removing lots of filler, childish humor, and over use of exposition.

I love the original Star Wars trilogy (minus the later "special-edition"-changes), but I never could get into the prequels. The story of how Anakin became Darth Vader and how the sith could turn the republic into an empire is of some interest and has its value, but how it was told left me disappointed. For one I felt that three movies was just too much, many scenes felt superflous to me, some characters were downright unbearable, too much pointless action that diminished the power of the important action scenes...

But most importantly Hayden Christensen's Anakin was arrogant and unsympathetic from the get-go, which made me not care for his eventual downfall. With this edit, I attempt to salvage the interesting aspects of the prequels and to improve character motivations and development and to create a story arc that makes sense as a single movie.

Carrying on from Episode II, the Separatists have taken control of the Outer Rim and launched an attack on the Planet Ryloth. With jedi master Di trapped on the surface, Anakin Skywalker leads an assault to break the blockade and free Ryloth.
With the Jedi distracted the evil lord of the Sith plans a strike on the Jedi Temple, which could spell the end of the jedi order.

The second episode of my Clone Wars Movie Series. Seven episodes of the TV series (Cloak of Darkness, Lair of Grievous, Death Trap, Lethal Crackdown and the Malevolence Trilogy) are presented in the classical Star Wars movie structure.

Carrying on from Episode I, the Clone Wars continue to rage. Republic forces have captured Viceroy Gunray and it is up to Luminary Unduly and Ahsoka Tano to escort this valuable prisoner to Coruscant. Meanwhile, the Seperatists continue to ambush Republic fleets with a deadly new battleship. Can this new weapon be stopped before Count Dooku's forces take control of the outer rim?

10 years later, Anakin is reunited with his dream girl. Literally, he dreams about her. This addition completes the Heavy Star Wars prequel trilogy

The Empire Begins consolidates the prequel trilogy into one self-contained episode, carefully edited to feel like a real Lucasfilm release. I used footage from all three prequels + a few deleted scenes. I wasn't trying to be flashy, or to chop the movies down to the bone. I endeavored to make my cuts invisible and keep the runtime in the 2.5 hour range. The Empire Begins runs slightly longer than Attack of the Clones.

'Episode V: The Overclock Edition' is a thrash metal variation on the original John Williams themes for The Empire Strikes Back. This edit has been created to function as a suite of music videos for the new music. The story has been re-organized by location in order to flow more with the musical themes.

John Williams' Music is forever tied to the Star Wars movies, but I decided to use music from a completely different genre to not only tell the story, but to add a bit of humor and perhaps some subtle insight as to the motives of the Jedi Knights. I tried to make this movie a bit more mature, by removing the silly scenes between the driods, and removed some moments of doubt among the Jedi to make them more assertive and confident. I also added an unexpected subplot, and color corrected the movie, to be closer to the original with a bit more contrast.

The original movie and six episodes of the TV series (Cat & Mouse, The Hidden Enemy, Clone Cadets, Rookies, Arc Troopers and Grievous Intrigue) are presented in the classical Star Wars movie structure, providing the first part of a progressive bridge between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

The Jabba's son storyline from the Movie has been completely removed and replaced by the story of a group of rookie Clone Troopers, culminating in the spectacular battle of Kamino.

Set over the course of 120 years, this film looks at the motivations and pasts
of several seemingly unconnected characters who are kicking about the Star Wars universe, explores how different political factions and militias cope against impossible odds in a seemingly unwinnable war, armed with archaic weapons and equipment, and what the consequences could be should they fail.

mentioned in passing, Obi-Wan Kenobi is suffering from communist inspired
delusions and Grigori Rasputin might well be controlling the biggest
and most powerful army in existence.

Does the Galactic Rebel Alliance have what it takes to bring down the insane,
religious zealot known simply as, The Emperor?

A drastically trimmed down telling of the Star Wars prequel story. This edit combines all three Star Wars prequels into one feature length cut that removes many of the silly elements of the original films. It focuses the narrative more on Obi-Wan Kenobi and away from Anakin and Padme.

It is a dark time for the Republic. The Clone Wars is in full swing, and the outnumbered Jedi are tasked with preventing more star systems from falling into the hands of the Separatists.

Anakin Skywalker, along with his new Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, are sent to investigate a new mystery weapon being developed by their enemies so powerful it can cripple their most massive ships.

Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi is sent to assist the Mandelorians whose governess is being threatened by the mysterious Death Watch.

The third of the revamped '9000 Series,' Labyrinth Of Evil delivers a re-crafted perspective on Star Wars Episode III in keeping with the drive of the original trilogy of films. Anakin's fall to the dark side is portrayed in a more believable way, with political motivations that are ignited by, rather than preceded by, a desire to save his wife. Padme's role is expanded, and her fate is made to match her daughter's memories.

The second of the revamped '9000 Series,' The Approaching Storm delivers a re-crafted perspective on Star Wars Episode II in keeping with the drive of the original trilogy of films. Unnecessary 'galaxy shrinking' cameos from classic characters have been cut-down or removed. Anakin and Padme are depicted as realistic adults developing romantic feelings for one another. The political plot is made more straightforward and graspable. Superfluous action is subdued to make the film more story driven.

The first of the revamped '9000 series', Cloak of Deception delivers a re-crafted perspective on Star Wars Episode I in keeping with the drive of the original trilogy of films. Unnecessary 'galaxy shrinking' cameos from classic characters have been cut down or removed. Anakin is depicted as a more mature and capable figure an audience can identify with. Jar Jar is recast as an everyman caught up in events outside his control who does his part in the fight for freedom, rather than a traitorous clown.

This edit is only about a quarter of an hour as it features only the cream of the madness from this notorious TV Show. Including Princess Leia singing, avant-garde alien dance, Wookiee pornography, drinking through the top of your head, a cooking lesson from an alien drag-queen in blackface, a bar of drunken aliens and a Stormtrooper rubbing a ceramic penis.

The Silent Menace is The Phantom Menace completely re-imagined and re-written based entirely on the visuals and John Williams score. All dialogue is removed and replaced with subtitles, allowing for a new script, many new story elements, new character development (including backstories for major characters), and new relationships between the characters. Cutting and reordering footage allows for more logical and connected action sequences. The soundtrack is replaced by the John Williams score from The Phantom Menace, plus individual tracks from other Star Wars movies.

After 10 years it's about time I could watch the Star Wars Prequel trilogy without feeling physical pain, damn it!. But not just that, they should be out and out pleasures to watch!

The 1997 Star Wars Special Edition resorted by shot length. Ascending and Descending the 2291 shots of 0002 to 1765 frames. %20's attempt to create a possibly equally perplexing retelling, which lives up to the "Specialer" moniker.

Few movies have reached the iconic status of the original Star Wars trilogy. A long-shot science fiction project that was rejected by multiple Hollywood studios, Star Wars (and its creator George Lucas) defied the skeptics and became one of the biggest pop culture phenomena of all time. Now VH1 is working with Lucasfilm to produce the ultimate oral history of the Star Wars years, When Star Wars Ruled the World. Timed to coincide with the DVD release of the original trilogy on September 21, 2004, this hour-long documentary will take viewers back to those rapturous moments when the whole world wanted to wield a light saber.

Transmitted on the ITV network in the UK on May 25th 2002, "The A To Z Of Star Wars: Episode II" was a 25 minute programme consisting of EPK interviews with the cast, documentary footage and scenes from the film edited to form an alphabetic look at the movie (A is for Anakin, B is for bluescreen etc.).

Originally broadcast in 1985, this edition of Horizon (BBC Two's flagship 50-minute science documentary series) visits Industrial Light & Magic and Entertainment Effects Group to see the creation of the visual effects for Star Wars Episode VI:Return Of The Jedi, Indiana Jones and the Temple Of Doom and 2010: The Year We Make Contact.

Originally broadcast in 1980, this edition of Clapperboard (a weekly film show hosted by Chris Kelly on the UK ITV network) was filmed during the Empire Strikes Back exhibition at Selfridges in London (a further exhibition was held at Harrods for Return Of The Jedi in 1983). Interviewed on the programme are Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), David Prowse (Darth Vader) and Brian Johnson (Special Visual Effects).

The most important change is the relationship between Anakin and Padme. No longer is the relationship plagued by inane dialogue and half-hearted deliveries. The romance (and the movie as a whole) is now much more mature and believable. C3PO and R2D2's appearances have been greatly minimized, and certain scenes that served no purpose have been removed.

This fanedit is much more streamlined than the original movie, and is not bogged down by superfluous plot points, asinine humor, or amateurish acting. The edit is also more evenly paced, without being too action-driven.

As the Sith secretly plot the Republic's downfall, Anakin's fall to the Dark Side begins.

“Star Wars: Renascent” is the first of a three-film fan-edit which tells story of Luke and Anakin Skywalker, simultaneously. It will feature new scenes, altered story lines, and will also feature some new music, which is why it’s a rebirth or a Renascence. This project was first started by two other fan-editors and it is being edited off of the DVD release of the Prequel Trilogy and adywan’s edits of the Original Trilogy.
