This edit is very impressive and holds a very high quality overall.
Some blurry frames in the darker scenes were apparent at least on my screen but nothing that distracted to much.
The pacing of the episodes is great and they always ends in the perfect moment.
The episodes differ in running time but that doesn't matter to much, as the pacing of them is great.
There was maybe one or two things I felt was strange storywise but I think I have to watch it again just to be clear.
Anyway this is way better than the original final seasons of the show and you have made a massive and impressive job with this edit almightcutie.
Well done!

There is some very impressive work in this edit, and the way the story plays out as one season works wonderfully. Technically, I saw no issues and this is a very strong work. If this had been the way the story had gone originally, I don't think there'd be as many complaints about it.

For me personally, the cracks start to show in the concept in the last few episodes. I love how the battle of King's Landing was handled, but there's a few moments that don't quite flow together right (Dany's costume change mid-flight stuck out to me right away.) Overall, that section is an improvement over the original show. There's some great effects work in the final Winterfell battle, and conceptually I like the idea of killing off some characters in that segment.

The moment in the throne room with Dany and Jon didn't quite work for me, though I like what the edit was trying to do with it. I just don't think the material was there to make that moment seem genuine.

Overall, this is definitely an improvement over the original version, and if some of those final moments could be made to work a little better, it might be the definitive version. For me, I don't know that there's a way to not make the end of this series disappointing given what we have to work with, but this is pretty close.

Great job, I enjoyed this a lot.

First of all, thank you!

I enjoyed your fanedit a lot,
I watched all the episodes in a week more or less, and I highly recommend people to watch it: those that did not like the final 2 seasons, or those that liked them just OK, but had a bad aftertaste.

How you built the story is amazing. The new ending is good!
A solid alternative to the official one.

All the episodes feel improved and, somehow, each improvement builds into the next.

For example, the fact that you fixed the Arya vs. Sansa storyline, lets us focus (nonstop!) in the action and story North of the Wall, which at the same time benefits from this mission being set up by Bran, etc.

There was only one thing that threw me out of the experience.

It was the flashback, right before the Night King's death.

It somehow breakes up the climax for me...

I understand that there is a better explanation of the story there, and I like how Bran character is further developed and strengthened in this edit (it is crazy how much it has been improved with your changes! it works!). But there should be another moment for this flashback... or maybe not!

And also some "epilogue moments" could be removed... the final moments feel a bit like a jigsaw, though I have to say, what a difficult job!

If I sum up all the characters that feel improved... Bran, Daenerys, Jaime, Tyrion but also The Hound, Sansa, Sam... and the epicity of the series is reinforced overall. It makes sense that Jon is more quiet, like his father did.

All in all, big thumbs up! highly recommended, and a big Thank you!

I've contemplated rewatching the series multiple times, yet memories of the last seasons always deterred me. Admittedly, this edit isn't flawless, and understandably so, given there are bound to be limitations. While the new narrative might not be to everyone's taste, I personally believe it surpasses the original. I genuinely enjoyed this version and would wholeheartedly recommend it to all.

I really enjoyed this edit a lot. The thing with the show was that it always had good acting and production values, so with the right story, pacing, narrative and scene choices a truly compelling vision of the final two seasons has been realised into a watchable version that will pretty much now be my go to for the final seasons, and keeps re-watch value for the whole series alive.

The scene cuts and transitions were great and you even made Ed Sheeran and Euron not make me want to poke my eyes out., Well done for coming up with a way to avoid a lot of what I did not like about Dany in season 8. The final Winterfell battle worked really well as did completely re-ordering the scenes and altering the narrative.. Some scenes really do work so much better. The removal of fast travel and modern dialogue works really well too. There's nothing in this edit that really snapped me out of the experience like the D&D versions did. almightcutie clearly understood what made the show so good in the first place, and it is remarkable how just getting the pacing right makes this so much better.

A truly admirable edit, Really really really excellent work. This FEELS LIKE GAME OF THRONES!
