I have watched Logan more times than I'd like to admit. I love it and did not think it could get any better! I watched the deleted scenes when I first got my hands on the physical but because I already really enjoyed the movie for what it was, I never had another thought about them. For this though, seeing the deleted scenes being perfectly integrated into the film, it really adds. I enjoyed this a lot and Bobson Dugnutt is good at what they do! For anyone who loved the original, I recommend you check this version out!

I didn’t notice any bad transitions or anything wrong except for one moment where the audio dips out in the fight between Logan and X-24. Not sure if my Plex just glitched, but it’s a very small issue. It’s been so long so I don’t recall what was from the deleted scenes, but I still loved it, so the scenes must have been good enough anyway. Great editing!

I've seen Logan at least five times by this point, twice in theaters. I knew that there were deleted scenes out there, but I had never seen them. Bobson did a good job incorporating them into his edit. The scenes with Logan and the cop, and Sabretooth, were my favorite additions, but overall I like the added material.

I really loved this one, I never saw the deleted scenes, so I really enjoyed them, it doesn't change the movie, but it makes it even better.

Can't really fault this in any aspect. While not really necessary, all the added scenes are good, they're all incorporated well, and the movie is arguably better for it. I only caught one rough edit, just before the added conversation about Sabretooth. It wasn't jarring enough to mark the score down though. My thoughts on the film in general are here: https://letterboxd.com/nottheacademy/film/logan-2017/ but basically this is a great film if you've just watched the first X-Men movie, maybe the 2nd one too. Any more than that and it doesn't really match up, any less than that and you'll be lost. This is part of the X-franchise, even though it really wants to stand alone. These added scenes do give a bit more character work and make it feel slightly more connected, but it's pretty much the same movie, just a little bit more.
