Passengers: Aurora

As soon as I sat through the whole edit of macmilln's Passengers Aurora I knew he would be another awesome person to join the fanediting team.

In this edit Mac really shows everyone his editing skills, I don't know how he does it everything he does is perfect.

Major kudos to macmilln for taking an interesting idea from that YouTube video about rearranging the parts of Passengers, and actually doing all the work to edit it together in a mostly seamless way using just the footage available. It's quite a feat, and this version is unequivocally a much better version of the original concept. I liked the premise in the theatrical film but felt it was lacking in several ways, and this edit addresses most of them.

I know the edit itself was done a few years ago and it's asking a lot, but it'd be amazing to see a new version based on the 4K video and Dolby Atmos audio available now.

I was never a big fan of the original film, didn't love it/didn't hate it. From the description & reviews, I was very curious to see what macmilln did to make this one better. I enjoyed this one more than the original for sure & macmilln did what he could to improve the film, but again aftwerwards I was left with the same feeling as the original. I was hoping for a little bit different of an ending that what was given, but again macmilln could only do so much with what he had to work with. Overall macmilln's editing was great & if you are a fan of the original, I think you will definitely enjoy this edit!

Good edit! I really like the concept.

When I first watched the original movie i left the theater wondering if the movie would be better if it was from Aurora’s perspective. Then I forgot about the movie and then this shows up. And this is clearly better! It is seamless and thrilling!
Excellent quality and editing. I can’t compare in detail with the original because I did not remember everything. But it felt right, if I can say that.
Will be showing this to someone that hasn’t seen the original and discuss the narrative. And perhaps I will update my review.
