Brief Synopsis:
This edit adds around 14 mins of the deleted / extended scenes that were available on the Blu-ray disc. Not all the footage has been added as they were either unfinished or didn't add anything to the film.
Intention:
I've never done a extended fanedit and Looper was a film I very much enjoyed. Though I'd say the footage added doesn't change the story, it serves as an alternative experience for the viewer.

Poor picture quality. The colours were so washed out that the black bars at the top and bottom of the picture are dark grey. Audio between the deleted scenes and main movie were not level matched. Other than that, it's still a great movie and it was nice to see the deleted scenes integrated back into the film.

I thoroughly enjoyed Looper when I saw it in theaters and I've held back from rewatching it, since I figured one of y'all would come along and make an extended fanedit.

This was an interesting experience the second time around. I enjoyed the added depth to the characters but I can completely understand why these scenes were cut and trimmed down. The film drags at points, but if you're at home just hit pause Joe and finish it up a little later, it's worth watching.

HD MKV was decent, some compression artifacts but nothing terrible. Audio seemed unbalanced, but really, most movies nowadays are all over the place, level-wise.

Recommended for Looper fans.
