It was so big everyone said, May the force be with you. One of the greatest Sf-Fi of all time. I enjoy the scenes added in the movie. You did a good job putting it together. To bad Biggs was cut most of the movie originally, it was nice to know Biggs a little more in this movie. The pace of the movie was not really slow with the deleted scenes, like George Lucas said back then. The audio of the movie was good too. Its good, check it out, if any you guy's did not see it.

If you're new to Star Wars ®, don't watch it first. If you're a geek, definitely recommend!
Bobson did a good job with visual editing. One small con is audio editing. Extended scenes are a little to loud and some of the audio comes from the radio, but he did a nice job with hiding it.

There are select instances when I prefer the expanded edit of a movie to the original; this is one of those times. While not perfect I gave Bobson a high score on audio/video quality because I like his choices of sources as they seem logical, given his endeavor, and his work -- color grading, some select audio choices, et al (see his "Fanedit Information") -- was well executed. The only issues I saw and heard were: video dirt (I think that's what it's called), and clear vocal overdub especially the Toshe Station scenes, which is a problem with the radio drama source. Might it help said audio source to reduce the bass, and add a desert breeze sound? (Thinking out loud)
In short, as far as I'm concerned, this edit shows the way the film should have been thereby improving the narrative, and making it more enjoyable. The sources were creatively compiled, and well edited. As always, great stuff from Bobson. (Review edited to include more information.)

Star Wars is by far one of the best sci-fi franchises of all time. It was groundbreaking from the start and continued to expand it's abilities through each trilogy. To add and broaden the saga further through the fan's eyes makes it all even better.

Now Bobson Dugnutt, one of the best fan editors I have come across, has stretched the original 1977 blockbuster into what should have been in the first place. A way more solid experience that creates an original experience from a galaxy far far away.

Not only does this edit really bring out the sci fi nerd in all of us, it makes us fandom geeks want even more. And it satisfies the community beyond what to expect. It's a gratifying and honestly much appreciated.

A masterful fan edit!!

Very interesting concept, and Bobson once again really pulls it off. I had a great time with this. This is my favorite movie of all time and it's very interesting to see it this way. I'd still rather watch the theatrical, as I believe the scenes were correctly cut, and the drop in quality is obviously more noticeable than it usually should be, but Bobson makes it look as good as it gets. I had a great time.
