This is a great edit. I don't think it 'saved' the film, but I do think this is easily a huge step up from the theatrical release and editor's cut.
All edits were well made; there was only a single moment I noticed a transition in the audio.
The video and audio quality is pretty amazing in my opinion.
The changes made to the story were very well done; changing Harry's plot was a good idea and the execution was perfect. My favorite change to the plot was Mary Jane's arc. The breakup scene is much more impactful without it being influenced by Harry and it makes Peter's character arc better as a result. Also, I definitely appreciated the inclusion of some scenes from the editor's cut.
I disagreed with some of the changes made due to personal preferences, but considering what you were going for, I think you nailed it.
