I wanted to see if the story about Leo going through chemo and the impact on his family could be removed from the original film's other plotline about the detective and the gang boss.

This was a very good short film, pulled expertly from the larger film. It tells a compelling story of a boy's imagination during a tough time in his life, and how his illness is slowly messing with each member of his family. Whether what we're seeing is real or not is up for debate and I loved that it didn't specifically tell you one way or the other, whether what he was experiencing was entirely in his mind or not. This was my favorite edit of the Consecution.
I did notice one single odd bit of music timing at 9:27, and the closing music track comes in a bit strangely, but that didn't affect my enjoyment one bit. Great work!

This is a very effective trimming of a feature film into short format. Nothing felt amiss in the narrative and I didn't notice a single transition. It honestly makes me wonder what could have been cut, Great stuff.
