it's like the stereotypical "man's helpless perspective on a kryptonian man." And this could be well followed by the (overdone) 'must there be a superman?' discourse that BvS offered...(a pitch for a part 2?)
I feel that while the idea is fun and the execution is done well, there's a shadow crush issue in the film which could have been uplifted a bit, and then a sprinkle of film grain (that the opening WB card does have indeed) could sure give this a more olden classified footage type vibe. There are dashes of color here and there--they could have been implemented well enough for key moments for more impact in the otherwise monotone film, and yet I dug em.
