Dawnrazor presents a more coherent version of Heat with greater focus on its primary characters and with detracting subplots removed. The pace is significantly improved upon and the focus is placed on what makes Heat great. The film retains its noir mood and ends on an inspired closing sequence. This will be my go to on rewatches.
