This is a fantastic edit! I liked TFWS but it did feel slow and way too political to really enjoy it. This movie version was the perfect fix! I miss the opening action scene (cuz thats clearly were they blew the budget lol) but at the same time I only miss it bc I know it exists. Idk if there is build up but seeing the pressure put on Walker would help explain why hes so impatient at the Carly meetup. It would also, if possible, help with the transition from Isaiahs house and Bucky being released. He just randomly says Walker has no leads but last we saw they didnt want to work with him. All in all, this was very well done and made me enjoy the show a lot more. I hope they do Hawkeye, Moon Knight and Loki!

It's not often where a fanedit genuinely impresses me, but I am amazed at the feat that Spence was able to pull of here. Before this edit, I've only even seen F&WS edits that were 3+ hour behemoths that were split into two parts. But this edit really manages to strip down the show while maintaining an emotional core.

I hesitate calling the edit "barebones," but I would love to see an extended cut that adds back some of the theme/character stuff that didn't make the cut, (the bank loan, the cop scene, "I know who you are & I don't care," Zemo's view of supersoliders/heroes & Sam telling him he wouldn't take the serum, a post-credit scene establishing Val, etc.) Spence has proven himself a master of "killing your darlings," & I would love to see him edit more of the MCU Disney+ content. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!!!
