I liked the edit, and after having looked after it for months and months, when I finally found it, I thought of having found the definitive edition of "Batman Forever". That was not the case, but was extremely happy with it. Thank you for your dedicated work and inspiration.

This was a good experience that doesn't happen all the days, I'm a big fan of Batman, and when I saw Batman Forever for the first time (as a grown up) I watch the lot of mistakes and troubles with the movie, and is for that I'm enjoy (but not so much) this FanEdit. This gives Batman the treatment he deserves, and with all that deleted scenes, I enjoy more, was very nice watch the movie with the deleted footage, but there's something I never can't take off my head, and is the Bat-ass, Even with that scene deleted, I remember it, but was funny see there's not butt in this version. And my other trouble is the use of Goldenthal Score; Alien 3 and Final Fantasy: TSW have good music, but the trouble is the music of the movie itself, Is not like something that I hope to hear in a Batman movie, so a few tracks of Elfman could make me feel better to watch this film

Well, I give this FanEdit 7/10, althought this is the Best BF fanedit of I ever watched

Revisiting this edit I must say that while some edits are really good there is something that is still missing.
When you watch the DVD - deleted scenes about Bruce finding his diary/the red book it is not really clear what is written in this book. We understand it because of the interviews and what has been written about the deleted scenes, but just narratively we only know that there is a book that belonged to his father and if we are not fast enough to read the lines that bruce is reading we are left with "not my fault" and that's it

before that we don't even know why he blamed himself or anything. The overall editing is pretty good but the desturation is a bit too much in places and would have needed scene-specific tweaking. It looks as if there was a global filter applied which works for some scenes but not for others.

I hope we will someday get JMB's and DwightFry's "Dark Cut" of Batman forever because this is a movie that not only needs cutting and deleted scenes but also bold restructuring and addition of new scenes/dialog
