Editing Details:
This edit used extensive color correction in an attempt to unify the movies visually. The main target was the look of Quantum of Solace.
Cuts and Additions:
Episode 001 – Ellipsis
+Warning
+FE Netflix bumper
Cold intro of Bond earning his 00 license (removed fade in, now hard open)
+Created background and mask to remove the barrel effect when Bond shoots the informant
-Cut to black removing the Casino Royale intro/song (this is my favorite Bond song and one of my favorite rock songs, but in this format it just doesn’t fit)
+Inserted first 20 seconds of the Quantum of Solace intro/song and added episode title card
Open on boy running through the camp
-Trimmed the over the top parkour scenes, now Bond is just chasing him on foot through the vegetation, worksite and road
-Trimmed a little bit of M going off
-Trimmed Bond & Solange to just focus on moving the narrative and plot forward
-Trimmed M’s agitated cursing at Bond when he calls at the airport, is transfered to her then hangs up. The majority of her character is just bickering and I wanted to make her more than a disgruntled head of MI6. Hopefully it helps her natural transformation into the more supportive sympathetic role she will take in the third episode.
-Cut Bond falling off the truck and then chasing it down and jumping back on. Now he never falls off
Episode ends with close up of Bond’s face after Carlos activates the charge that Bond places on his belt
+Custom credits (directed by, story by, actor names, studio credits, etc.)
+Bond theme from Casino Royale ending used as episode credit music

A take on Craig era Bond I didn't know I needed

I was shocked at how well this turned out, taking 4 movies and splitting them into a Netflix style series I thought it would feel clunky but no it feels like this watching it in series format was how it was intended. Every episode was well paced and ended on those wonderful cliff hangers wanting you to keep watching. Quantum and Spectre benefitted most in this format taking them in one 45min bunches coupled with trims to scenes tightens the narrative that I no longer feeling bored at parts while watching them. Also well done on the color grading I had to watch my blurays to see the difference that couldn't have been easy.
Now while I love this edit I did miss certain lines of dialogue and certain scenes being trimmed the full parkour scene from Casino Royale in particular this is not a fault on the part of the editor its just if your a big fan of James Bond you will miss them. There is one thing I do feel needed to be added and that's a time stamp at the beginning of the Skyfall episode 6 (5 years later as an example) it always bugged me even in the original movies that we see James Bond go from being promoted to 00 status in Casino Royale than suddenly after avenging Vesper in Quantum he's now an over the hill agent that's unfit for duty. Its always been a minor nitpick and the series does show the passage of time better than the movies. Other than that this is a masterful edit now I want to see what he did with the no time to die episodes as I only got the episodes up to Spectre.
This is an edit added as the editor did send me The No Time to Die episodes they were just in another link, and this is my favorite viewing of No Time to Die color grading looked good and matched previous episodes. I was going to go into more detail but I don't want to spoil anything just know that I loved these episodes as much as the others and I highly recommend them.

One of, if not the, best movie to tv fanedit! Now my go to way to watch Daniel Craig Bond. Superbly done particularly the cliff-hanging end to each episode. Fantastic work!

I'm one episode in and already HOOKED! I love this edit, it's so impressive how much it truly feels like a series. Really stoked for it to be finished off with No Time to Die. Will come back and review the rest more critically when I've finished but as of now I'm having a blast.

Official request for 'No Time To Die' finale here!!!

Really professionally done. All the episodes intro and outro well. These BS2TV adaptons are so cool. In this effort the crazy writing behind James Bond plots really comes to light with there being less distractions. I'd not call them holes though, but holy. Its part of the appeal of JB after all. Plot armour to the hilt with apologies published in The Sun on p3. The story flows exeptionally well all except for 'Skyfall'.... I now realise after watching this what peeves people about this movie (I like it in and of itself) - it really breaks with the conventions, bringing things way, way too close to home.

Right now 007TUS is hanging on the verge of total awesomeness!!!

This is a bold project to undertake but a really fun one! The Craig era Bond films were the first to have a true sense of continuity, so presenting them as a series works very well!

Of course, with all fan edits there are going to be some trims and cuts that upset people, and as a die-hard fan of of these movies, there were a few lines I was ready to quote along to that were cut out. That said, the editing is pretty seamless! And I recognize that removing certain lines helps with the overall pacing and flow for the episodic format. Each episode ends at just the right moment, really making them feel like stand alone episodes and not awkward chunks of a movie just broken up.

The major highlight in this series for me, though, is the redemption of Quantum of Solace. That movie gets a lot of hate, but I've always loved the opening car chase and the brilliant opera sequence. Trimming and breezing through that movie really benefits the overall story for the series. It also makes the threat of Spectre feel omnipresent with teases in the early on and continued hints throughout.

I watched through this series edit before I saw No Time To Die in theaters, and it was the perfect way to catch up before the grand finale. I haven't yet seen what Dig has done with No Time To Die, but I'm sure it's as great as the previous 11 episodes!

If you're a fan of Bond, or even if you just like a good spy thriller, this series is absolutely worth checking out!
