Removing the Lars farmstead sequence is a great idea; what’s with this series and every character being reborn twice or thrice? Overall, good idea trimming Reva’s scenes. Some other scenes with her could also have been removed; her character arc is not that strong (and a bit silly overall, trying too much to “subvert expectations”) and the actress is kinda weak.

Leia's cousin is a good example of a subplot that could have been removed; Leia changes almost nothing at the end (she’s already “deep and wise” to begin with), so there’s no need for her interaction with her cousin to remain in the story.
