Much like the original phantom edit, this deserves it's place in fanediting history. Arguably many edits have since improved on what the phantom editor set out to achieve here, but they all owe something to this fantastic first effort.

All faneditors should check out the commentary - it is a true lesson in what makes an edit great. We can only wish that George Lucas one day watches this himself (if he hasn't already).
