Review Detail

I've been meaning to watch this fanedit a long time and finally got round to doing it. This is a perfect distillation of the main story of Twin Peaks combined into 5 hours. The pacing is just superb. So much good stuff crammed into 5 hrs. Lots of bits I'd have kept in that got cut, but they in no way impact the quality of this narrative. It's brilliantly done from start to finish. The only thing I'd possibly change would be to add more of s2 final scene in the post credit scene so it becomes clear that Agent Cooper didn't survive the last trip to the Red Room intact and is in fact a doppelgänger.

This edit was made before the Return existed, so can you go watch The Return straight afterward seeing this and still follow everything? Possibly, a few of the sub plots removed from this edit are significant parts of the The Return. Alternatively the editor could just make a 5 hr version of The Return as well and problem solved :)

I'm a huge TP fan and this was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommended
