Night of Samhain, The

All 10's across the board. I love all Halloween films to some degree. I've watched Resurrection several times, they're good comfort food for your eyes. That being said, I'm in agreement with the majority that believe most of the Halloween sequels were lacking real substance. Halloween 6 is my favorite of the Thorn trilogy, and Season of the Witch is one of my favorite Halloween-themed films ever, but to see them combined into a product that takes the best of both, merges their mythology, and still manages to make it narratively successful, despite the cast never crossing over?

I don't know how this was possible, but here it is. I may never go back to watching Season of the Witch again, this may actually become my preferred definitive version.

I tought this could not work... But I was wrong! It´s an enjoyable edit that mixes both Part III and 6. An awesome reference that I never realized before was that Mrs Blankenship from part 6 is referenced in Part 3. I recommend this edit! It´s well done and works like a movie itself - Urban Monitor

Helps out both of the films immensely. Too bad they couldn't really collide except for surveillance footage but that can't be helped. The only visual problems were with the Halloween III footage. There was a weird distortion on the frames at times but that was most likely the camera they used to film its fault. Overall an excellent watch and features some impressive editing in the areas used to bridge the films.
