In terms of narrative arc, the film works really well like this. Nothing seems to be missing. It’s focused, it flows and it provides a crazy funny experience from start to the end.

This edit likely needed many many hours of dedication and work. A whopping 119 min reduction in length time, that alone is impressive. And the story works great without everything that was removed.

The only noticeable drops in video quality happen because of the Japanese DVD scenes, but watching that fight uncensored is likely worth it.
