Making Ron less childish and Hermione less angry are definite improvements.
Removing the scene when Voldemort has Harry tangled up and ”kinda forgets” about killing him works well.
Some of the cut content and how it impacts the final film may be down to personal preferences, but the pacing becomes much better like this, for sure.
I thought there was no need for the shot of the sword disappearing, it doesn’t add anything to the story.
