Blade Runner: The Analogue Cut

Wow, you've managed to come very close to the FC/DC hybrid I've always wanted to make but have been too lazy to do! I'm not sure how I feel about some of the diegetic music brought back in from the workprint, particularly at Taffy Lewis', and while I don't subscribe to the "Deckard is a replicant" theory, I don't like the removal of his "glowing eyes," which I thought always added to the ambiguity.

However, I was extremely happy with the removal of the unicorn scene, especially with the use of on-set audio for this part. This is probably my ideal version of that sequence now.

I haven't checked out the voiceover audio track yet, I'll have to report back if I ever get around to it!

Had a great time with this one. The editor clearly had a vision for what they wanted and the end result did not disappoint. The new color timing helps the visuals immensely, there were hardly any noticeable cuts, all the pieces are here for a instant classic in the world of fanediting. I also appreciate the choice to release an alternate audio track with the narration, if only as an added bonus to an already brilliant edit.
