This edit is just fantastic I have no complaints about it.
I highly recommend watching this edit.
The pacing is really good.
Pretty much everything that I didn't like In first class is gone.
I really like the darker beginning of the movie.
I am looking forward to this new X-Men universe.
Hope to see a sequel in the nearby future.
The subtitles were also really good.
If the editor needs any help with the X-Men projects I am happy to help.
im very new at doing Reviews here. im not sure if it was SD or HD, but the Quality was good for me but i really loved this movie and i really had a good time and all i can say is this is a really good edit and it has alot of passion! im excited for the sequel and this this X-Men Continuity Series.
A very tight edit which does a lot to fix the things that dragged First Class down. The X-Men film series seems to be plagued by underdeveloped and ultimately pointless supporting characters who just happen to have a name from X-Men comics. This trimmed this as best it could, though there are still limitations to how much of that can be done. Ultimately, putting the narrative focus on Magneto was a great idea as his was always the most compelling story in the film (a holdover from when this was to be X-Men Origins: Magneto, perhaps?).
I rated enjoyment as a 9 only because there is an issue with the subtitles. They don't quite work exactly as they should and in a movie with so much non-English dialogue that does hurt enjoyment.
The first in a series that seeks to tighten the chronology in the X-Franchise, this one casts a tighter spotlight on Eric Lesnher, aka Magneto, and focuses on his journey. All edited scenes flow together well About the only thing that has gone awry for me was the subtitle patch did'nt quite work, but that's ok, I prefer the more artsy true to life method of german characters speaking in their fluent native languages
Overall, First Class is a great movie in it's own right, but with a stronger emphasis on Magneto here, it's made even better.
