Brief Synopsis:
In 2023, the entire human race is on the brink of extinction. Sentinels, originally created to kill mutants now hunt all of mankind. The remaining survivors cannot stand against the onslaught of the Sentinel army. In order to save the future, Wolverine is sent back to 1973 in order to stop the war before it even starts.

The Rogueless Cut aims to completely remove Rogue from the offical self-titled "Rogue Cut", allowing the film to breath by removing a pointless subplot. It retains all of the new material from the Rogue Cut, without the bloat of Anna Paquin. No offence to Miss Paquin intended.
Intention:
I wanted to take out the main reason that the extended edition of the film got released to create somewhat of a hybrid cut of the Theatrical and Rogue Cut to create a more streamlined version of Days of Future Past.
Other Sources:

- X-Men: Days of Future Past: Theatrical Cut (2014)
Release Information:

Cuts and Additions:
- Replaced Iceman and Prof X talking about going to get Rogue with the Theatrical Version of them talking about waking Wolverine up
- Cut Magneto and Iceman breaking into the X-Mansion to get Rogue with Iceman subsequently dying and Magneto bringing her back and swapping out Kitty
- Cut Wolverine saying Rogue when he wakes up in bed
- Restored Magneto breaking into the Pentagon to where it was in the Theatrical Cut. It was intercut with future Magneto and Iceman going to get Rogue, but since that was cut, so was this.
- Replaced many shots of Rogue standing over Wolverine with theatrical shots of Kitty
- Replaced Magneto being pulled through the door by Kitty with Blink opening a portal behind him
- Added back Iceman fighting off the Sentinels and dying in the process. This was cut from the Rogue Cut as he had died earlier already

I've gotten the pleasure of finding and having able to view this edit. It's a great edit of one of my most favourite X-Men films, combines the excitement I had of seeing the more fluid and extended footage of DOFP:RC without the grinding halt that was the Rogue scene.

I was excited to hear of Anna Paquin to return leading up to release of DOFP only to be saddened she was cut. When RC released, I seen why, (terrific actress nonetheless, just an unnecessary plot point.)

With this edit, I can surely say if you felt the same way I did, you'll love this edit, best of both worlds. Highly recommend for any Fox-men films lover! Thanks so much!

This is great. I loved the original, and I loved the Rogue cut. This is the best of both worlds, perfect.

when I first heard of the Rogue Cut of XMDOFP I thought it would've changed the movie in a more drastic way but it was essentially was an extended cut of XMDOFP with an unnecessary subplot, but Bobson's edit fixes this by doing what the title says and removing Rogue from the Rogue Cut, thus giving us a more complete version of XMDOFP, so if you love XMDOFP this edit will make you love it more.
