X-Files - I Want To Believe (ThrowgnCpr Edit)

So I finally watched this edit, and it's slightly better than the original.

The movie looks much better now that it doesn't look like somebody dipped the film print in ice, and some terrible moments have been removed (like the terrible CGI and confusing president's photo gag).

Unfortunately, since you only chose to do a light edit and not a heavy one, many terrible elements of the film remain: the continuity errors with the original 9 seasons, some terrible dialogue and a feeling of boredom.

So, if your on an X-Files marathon, and you decide to do every season, this edit of IWTB will make it slightly more tolerable. If your just doing the pre-IWTB seasons, then don't bother.

A seamless light edit that thankfully removed some of the unnecessary cringe moments in the film. The colour correction really improves the viewing experience over the original too. Though 'I Want to Believe' will never be a good film/long episode, I need to have it in my X-Files collection and this will replace the original for me.

This is a very light edit, so if you hated "I Want to Believe" you won't be much happier with this version. But if you're an X-Files nut you'll certainly dig this. I didn't care too much for this movie when I first saw it, and while this edit can't save the film for me, it made it a bit more enjoyable. Editing is seamless and the color grading work is top notch!

This movie looks better than ever and is less annoying than ever (cough Xzibit cough). The color correction is awesome! Unfortunately as much editing as was done it's still not the best movie in the world. It's always felt like a mediocre episode of the show and it still does. However if you want to watch this movie in the best possible way this is it!
