I'm a huge fan of Split Unbreakable Glass. I felt like Wraith really taught all of us how far we could push the envelope of narrative restructuring. I had always seen fanedits as mostly extended editions and fanfix/fanmix prior. My eyes were opened.

I never felt that the edit was perfect. I do feel that the idea and concept is genius.

Wraith told me long before he started on this edit that he could create an entire narrative with much of the material cut to create Split Unbreakable Glass. I didn't believe it until he shared his plan. I was amazed. Here we are.

Some fans feel that this is actually the better edit. I agree that it may be the better edited of the two.

Wraith will surely be remembered for a very long time as a genius faneditor largely because of these two edits.

Anyone who desires to see how he did it should watch the documentary making of video.

Excellent work, my friend! Bravo!

A perfect companion piece to the original edit Split Unbreakable Glass focusing more on the emotions/marriage/psychiatrist and using quite a lot of deleted scenes from what I could see. They were very well used and kept the movie feeling fresh even if you think you know the original trilogy! Like its forebear Split Unbreakable Glass, a masterpiece and must be watched once you have watched that edit. I only gave a 9 for enjoyment to reflect the fact that I preferred the original and its stronger focus on the comicbook characters and their interactions and motivations. Most people will give this a 10/10 for enjoyment I would imagine!

I didn’t think Wraith could top his own edit (SUG) of this terrific franchise but somehow he does just that with UGS. The first half in particular was so well done scene by scene! Considering the limitations Wraith put on himself for this companion piece I feel like I could still watch this on its own and be just as satisfied. Highly recommend both edits!

I finally got around to watching this edit after watching SUG about a year ago. This really does take a different narrative from the other film and is a great companion to SUG in every way. For instance, there isn't a single scene with Anya Taylor-Joy in UGS. This focuses on Kevin's alters' relationship with his psychiatrist for that end of the story. It was an excellent watch, only a couple things stuck out in my mind as I watched the film. There isn't much context to suggesting Kevin was shot twice. Also, the doctor's reveal at the end was missing something. It was just a bit too quick. Overall this is a worthwhile watch, and definitely recommend it if you had seen SUG. UGS can't exactly stand on it's own and needs to be propped up a bit with the other film.

Wraith consistently delivers good edits and makes some great choices when it comes to keeping the flow moving. This was a great companion to SUG in every way. As a set it's the definitive way to enjoy the Eastrail 177 trilogy. Thank you for all the work you put into this.

Then ending was a bit abrupt although I like the idea of David having peace at last.
I have yet to see SUG but it was great overall.
