Having seen all three of the source films I was stunned by what Mikedrew87's done with it. They're still schlocky (no amount of editing could have fixed that) but stripped of the fat you can finally enjoy them for their unique spirit and content.
'Without warning' in particular is elevated into something that feels legitimately new and exciting.
And by reducing 'The Stuff' to just it's subplot it becomes an eerie story that calls a little boy's sanity into question.
It'd definitely hold its own if it came out in the heyday of anthology horror. Cant wait for volume 5.
