'Superman III' is a film that goes too deep into goofy and cheap territory. But there's an interesting story there. This edit deletes the worst offenders and the result is a solid film.

It's full of underrated foreshadowing. For example, the weapon that helps defeat the sentient computer is skillfully introduced way before the final fight. And heck, the last enemy makes sense in context of the themes here.

Please don't take the edit's information too literally. There are still some laugh-out-loud moments. "Gus, if there's anything I hate, it's greed."
