My dad grew up watching the Star Wars films, so when I was young he introduced them to me as well. When the re-releases came out in the nineties, my dad and I waited hours outside of theaters on the opening days. Then, when the prequel trilogy came out it was the same story.
Of course, in my later years I realized how disappointing episodes 1 and 2 were, and I stopped caring so much about Star Wars altogether.
But then I got this movie, and it has completely reinvigorated my love of Star Wars. Thank you so much Adywan! I can’t wait for Empire Revisited, or the other four movies for that matter.
10/10 perfection
