Hey all,
Anyway, awesome release.
I skimmed the file and I must say, this is one helluva job. Congrats Adywan, you are a supreme Star Was geek, and I don’t mean that in an offensive way, but in the most jealous of ways possible. An awesome, awesome, awesome release.
My only gripe–I have a 96 inch 1080p projector and I want to watch this on DVD, up-converted on my Blu-Ray player and not on my 21 inch LCD screen connected to my PC. I don’t mind a small screen, but seriously, I want this one on DVD. I want to add it to my collection, right next to all my other Star Wars stuff. So…any chance of a DVD release hitting the internets??
Update March 8, 2008:
I’m watching the DVD right now, and I am totally blown away by this edit, and the DVD (which is stunning). I bet good ‘ol George Lucas gives this editor a call and asks him to re-edit these films for real.
I agree with “cockringwraith”, this reworking will be huge in the fanediting community and in the mainstream. I could easily see this being covered in Geek magazine or ET weekly.
So awesome. I am in awe…
