The warlord returns with MUDD....and how wonderful to this in its potential PILOT context. It works a dream abd frankly, you only have to look at those slack extra thick trims around the necks to realis that prosduction and design were still up in the air.
Dropping and replacing the titles bookends the intent perfectly as does the choice narration added at the beginning, though Shatner's delivery on the second half does not quite match it again sets the tone in the absence of the legendary split infinitive opening.
I have got so used to the remastered effects that the sight of the original visual effects is now a tad jarring, but hey...it's authentic.
Great work as always and recommended as a piece of alternate history of TREK.
