I've now finished the 3rd part, watching it with the same audience of people that had seen the original series, and people that hadn't.

Everyone was extremely satisfied with this whole project, I shall never watch the show in any other way again. This fanedit is perfect, and I shall watch it again in the future numerous times I'm sure.

You editing is perfect, the only flaw could could find was a single credit "Directed by" in the middle of the film, but it didn't distract, and I am aware that you had to use footage from credit sequences, it is unbelievable to me how you've managed to use so little of the credits in this project.

You narrative and linearity is exactly as I would've wanted had I made this edit.

I'm pretty satisfied with the ending. I was very worried that you'd keep the original ending, despite seeing that you had the same goal with this as I would've had, I knew you only had the footage from the series and couldn't reshoot them getting on the plane. Your choice of text + picture worked well, a minor quibble is that the grammar wasn't perfect, but that might just be the gramamr nazi in me. The use of the word "thievery" might've been better as "larceny". Also the over use of "They never...again" rubbed me the wrong way a little. "They never set foot ...again" "There also... ever again" "Michael never ... again" ...

I know it's nitpicking, but out of everything in this entire project it's the only thing I'd modify, all your editing and story telling was fantastic, but the text was just grammatically awkward. Also the epilogues were very fast, it gave little time to actually read each and think about each character's story arc.

I hope it doesn't sound harsh, I'm just trying to be as critical as possible, and let's face it, this is a masterpiece in movie fanedits. You've taken a messy and awkwardly told Tv season which was rewritten from a mini series to be a crappy 4 season long episodic tv series that got so bad I couldn't stand it. But you've taken that show and made a fantastical well edited story with brilliant narrative, and no loose ends, that I have been recommending to everyone.

I've said it in my other reviews but I wish you'd do this for Lost season 1 and Dexter season 1. Two other shows that started brilliantly and fell apart. Although I know that is a lot of work.

Thank you so much for your work on this project. You've created and built something masterful here. Out of around 7 hours of finished video, you've pretty much made perfection that I find few faults for.

The thrilling conclusion to Boon’s Prison Break trilogy is on par with the first 2. The only thing that keeps it from being 100% perfect is the title cards at the end explaining what happened. I liked them for the most part but they weren't really necessary.

Boon's Prison Break finale. A/V editing was solid, with a genius bit of work making it appear as if Michael was unlocking the door towards the end with the plastic key. Narratively speaking I have one major critique. I really disliked the removal of Sara outsmarting Michael in regards to the key and later leaving open the door. Those moments were, in my opinion, some of the best of the show, and ultimately the culmination of Michael/Sarah’s plotline. With these scenes cut, most of the scenes between them throughout this trilogy may as well have been cut (since S2 is removed from canon with the epilogue, which unfortunately makes Sara mostly irrelevant to the plot in these edits).

Some minor points:
Lincoln mentions he was in an accident, but since that subplot is cut (rightfully so) this scene probably should have gone with it.
I would’ve kept at least one scene in either this episode or one of the previous two episodes of Maricruz and Sucre discussing her pregnancy, since it is brought up during the “Teardrop” sequence in this episode, and helps to better explain Sucre’s motivations.

In regards to the epilogue, I didn’t really mind it. In my mind, in Boon’s canon they all get on Abruzzi’s plane, and had no trouble in Utah – meaning no need for S2. There was more than enough drama in S1, plus it’d be impossible to edit the conspiracy plotline out of S2, so that season is probably beyond saving.

Great work here removing a number of contrived subplots that seemed present only to milk out the show – such as the gambling subplot. As with the previous edits, only the best content has been retained and virtually all the filler removed. Whilst the previous two edits serve as a good replacement for episodes 1-14 of the show, I can’t recommend this one as a replacement simply due to the fact that Sara’s role in the breakout has been removed. Despite that, I strongly recommend fans of the show give these a watch, it’s been great fun rewatching Prison Break and not having to commit so much time to it (or having to fast forward through the conspiracy subplot and filler). Thank you to Boon for putting a lot of time and effort into making these, people are still watching them 13 years later.

This final part of CBB's trilogy is as thrilling as the previous two. The audio and video editing continues to be brilliant and the effort to merge, remove and streamline subplots is astounding. Any fan of Prison Break will enjoy this, I dare say.

My only gripe is the epilogue. Granted, I refrained from watching it through to the end due to possible spoilers from later seasons. From what I saw, however, the epilogue felt unnecessary and, as nascent points out, a bit rushed.

Overall, a tremendous work and highly recommended to anyone seeking a 6hr+ on-the-edge-of-your-seat experience!
