Review Detail

Almost thinking of knocking off some blocks for it being too like the original. Labouring on some colour correction may be worth it just to cool it down (too many red faces) but no its not degraded unecessarily and the Grindhousing effects are interesting rather than distracting.

Soundtracking was not obvious as its been ages since I watched this and forgot the characters, let alone the music. Same goes for the gore effects that may or may not be original, but definitely something done there. Top marks!

Like others are saying its the original movie (not going to mess with Machete) just with some funny clippings. In particular for the arch-nemesis character whose role is subtly enhanced as was much needed. Female roles needing some fleshing out got their just dessserts too. Nothing too over the top.
