It's excellent. Edited bits don't feel edited at all and it expands the already great film. This version is the one I'll rewatch in the future as well. No flaws at all elsewhere. Thank you for your work :)

First and foremost, I'm a fan of the original Looper. I thought people gave it a hard time or were over critical because it was a thinker kind of movie. I was wrong and those people were right. After Looper: Extended by Wraith, I get what went wrong. My wife ("who doesn't like those types of movies") and I watched it together and she cried at the end. I looked at her and said "you knew how it was going to end, you've seen this before". She said "Yeah but now I get it. I get the struggle and the characters so much more now." That alone is worthy of a 10/10. It cut out the confusion and the gaps and made a truly engaging story that I now consider to be the only version I will ever watch again.

Wraith... you are an artist sir! If I see your name on a fan-edit going forward, I will watch it, even if I don't like the movie. Please keep doing what you do!

As with other extended versions that Wraith has created, the extended Looper movie adds far greater depth to the characterisation while expanding on the plot/sub-plots. I could not find any faults or flaws in the editing, which was seamless with the rest of the film, and only served to demonstrate the skill that Wraith has mastered over the years.

Wraith's version clarifies some of the confusing aspects of the original cinema cut and makes the entire film far more satisfying (and more comprehensible).

Well done Wraith!

What can be added or removed from your version? Nothing . This is the most complete version of the movie !
Cuts and inserts are flawless !

Thank you for this !

I hadn't watched Looper in a few years, it's one I own that I've always wanted to like more than I originally did and kept meaning to revisit it to see if a 2nd viewing would give me a new appreciation for it. I saw that Wraith had created an extended edit, so I figured that would give me a great excuse to finally rewatch it. Similar to another reviewer, I didn't remember all the details of the film and really had NO idea which scenes were added to the film (great editing!) After watching the edit, I went back and watched a video of just the deleted scenes and was really surprised that a lot of them were not used for the original film. As far as I can tell, it looks like Wraith added the "YEAR ONE" etc... on the screen during the part where they show Joe's life from the present day to the last day when he's sent back to the past, which I thought was genius. A lot of those deleted scenes really added to the story and really gave me a better understanding of who Joe was/is, I wonder why they were cut from the film?

My final thought is that I now have a new appreciation for this film and like it much more than I originally did.
If you are planning on watching Looper in the future, this is definitely the version to check out... great job Wraith!!!
