This is the true Kill Bill we deserve; should Tarantino's original version of the whole bloody affair never come out, then this is the closest thing to it.
It's a perfect edit, both visually and technically speaking, the editor has done an amazing work in its attempt to replicate Tarantino's complete creative vision.

It's one of the first fan edits I've watched. Really well done to create this seamless edit between the films. While It is clear that from the original direction, there are two films spliced together, I still feel like this is the definitive way to experience the movie in my opinion. I have never been a big fan of how it was sectioned off, and part 2 was always my favorite, so it's nice to feel like they are put together in a way that feels like it was always intended. Good work!

I've probably seen the original Kill Bill's 40 or 5o times now. I used to put it on in the background all the time or while I was cleaning my house or whatever, to the point where I memorized all the subtitled scenes by heart. So this was really a treat for me, the uncut HD full story, and it felt like visiting an old friend in their new house. There were zero AV issues, even the one you mentioned in your changes went unnoticed by me, and getting rid of the Part One Sofie cliffhanger was a great choice. Excellent excellent work and I will be keeping this for all future viewings.

What can I say that the other comments haven't? Flawlessly merged and put together. This will be my go-to version of Kill Bill. Though I do have the Bluray's, I think I might try to get this version put to a disc and have in my physical collection. Thanks.
