Brief Synopsis:
This edit combines Thor: Ragnarok with Infinity War while keeping the focus on Thor.

Thor: Ragnorok and Infinity War are two of my favourite films within the MCU. I wanted to give Thor's narrative from both films a chance to stand on its own providing a single intense Thor experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this edit. There are lots of things in the original movies that don't make sense and confuse me so it helped me to see this edit. The story flows and makes sense. And Thor is my favorite. This edit is definitely an improvement over the originals.

I'm just gonna say that this edit is fantastic. All the edits are almost seamless, most of the scenes not revolving around Thor are removed but I didn't really notice it at first. The transition from Ragnorak to Infinity War is near perfect. Thor's journey when it's all laid out like this makes an excellent Marvel story, I'd go as far to say that this is my favorite Thor movie. I doubt this was intentional but I loved how because Ragnorak features Dr Strange it sets up for the sequel to this edit (Infinite Spider-Man) and I can't wait to watch it!

Well I am not the biggest fan of Ragnarok I am a fan of Thor Odinson and keeping the focus of these MCU Films around the mighty God Of Thunder certainly gave me a greater appreciation for his character arc as the removal of most of Infinity Wars and Endgames other character related events not only improved the pacing allowing Thor's character to properly grow in both power and character development but it makes the last two current Avengers Film entries in the franchise easier to follow for Thor fans who might struggle to get invested in the long series of MCU movies that don’t have any narrative relation to him.

Most watching the edit can probably figure out that Thanos arrival would cause worldwide chaos which would cause other superheroes to defend the planet hence there is little need to spend that much time with them time for which was rightfully devoted to good old Thor and his preparation followed by revenge against Thanos and I like how in this edit it was Thor who was the one to end Thanos and not Stark as given all the hell the Dark Elves, Thanos Henchman and Thanos himself put Thor and his family through seeing him be decapitated by the one he tortured and wronged felt so cathartic and the exclusion of Fat Thor was truly a blessing.

I can definitely understand the removal of most of the Hela scenes and as to where the undead army came from well given how she’s the goddess of death one could just naturally assume that she called them fourth from Nifheim, well there’s definitely some stuff from Raganarok that has never quite gelled with me there are definitely some good moments in it and as much I dislike the Sakaar segments tonally the choice to focus more on them rather than the Hela segments allows this fan edit to maintain it’s goal on keeping the focus on Thor and to some extent Loki as well as such for those looking for a streamlined Thor experience this edit is definitely for you.

I will say this. This is a very interesting experiment, seeing thor's story from ragnarok and infinity war intertwine surprisingly works and creates an interesting perspective by not seeing anything from the point of view of captain america, iron man, thanos etc. It puts quite a unique spin on things for a rewatch or perhaps if you want to just view the film in a whole new way. Overall, I really enjoyed this and recommend it heavily! :)

I enjoyed every second and have to say, that this cut seemlessly brought together Thor's storylines across the movies whitout making me feel like I'm watching different films.
The cuts and scenetransitions worked perfectly and the watchflow was kept on a constant level by leaving unnecessary hela moments out. There were no disrupting cuts in the sound.
The way this all came together really let me excperience Thor's journey throughout.
The after-credit-scene was the scene I wanted to see the movie end on. Well done.
I absolutely recommend watching Infinity Thor and I'm going to rewatch this cut in the future some more times.
