I can't add anything new to what everyone else has already said about this edit.

Stromboli Bones' edit leaves out the bad and the cringeworthy stuff from the Hobbit movies and combines other good things from other Hobbit edits to make a fantastically paced and fully packed version of the Hobbit films.

This is the best edit of the Hobbit movies for me personally and I'm not sure if there will be a greater edit of these movies, at least for now.

Well done, Stromboli Bones! You have done the greatest work anyone could do for these movies and thank you for creating this amazing edit and your vision of the Hobbit.

This is one of several edits I've seen of the trilogy, like Mr Bones I love comparing and enjoying the various interpretations of this story from M4, from Wraith, From Spence, From Adam Dens, Dustin Lee & others.

The episodic format is very well put together, making each chunk of the story complete with it's own themes and narrative.

The decision to leave out the handing over of the Arkenstone and have us the audience discover that at the same time as Thorin, brilliant! One of my favourite elements of the edit!

The BOFA is wonderfully put together, I love the inclusion of Adam Dens edits in the charge of the dwarves vs orcs, and the inclusion of Spences sword throw during the Ravenhill part of the fight.

The only complaints I have are really down to personal preference; I like the Dol Gul Dor storyline and the white council, so wished you had included that! I thought that the prologue should be used at the end, with Old Bilbo and Frodo acting as a bridge to Fellowship of the Ring.

But I have to give you top marks for this edit! It was wonderfully entertaining and a huge narrative improvement over the theatrical cuts of the movies.

God Bless and thank you for your passion in creating this

This is the best edit of the Hobbit trilogy I've seen.

Stromboli Bones' view matches 99% of my preferences. I've watched a lot of Hobbit edits trying to find the "perfect" version for myself, but all of the others have had at least one major thing that has left me a little disappointed. Not this one. There are no plot holes or continuity issues that would distract from the enjoyment.

The edit is cut into a five part miniseries format. Each episode is about one hour long, so everybody even with a busy schedule should be able to knock off at least one a day, and still enjoy it fully. It really feels like you are watching an official The Hobbit Series. The only time I might consider watching another edit is if I have 4-5 hrs straight to spend watching, and want an "extended edition" movie experience - in these instances I might choose a one movie extended edition edit instead. But speaking from experience, binge watching all the five episodes straight works too!

Highly enjoyable edit. Nothing felt out of place and nothing felt missing from the original cuts.

It all flowed nicely and gave the professional feeling throughout. Definitely worth a watch.
