No complaints; it had been years since seeing the original but some of the problems addressed in this edit did stick out with me -- what's left is a perfect 80s sci-fi/crime thriller that's less didactic, more emotional and better paced than, say, They Live, while still addressing the randomness and frightening nature of violence in America. Scribbling Man continues to impress and improve with his edits and each one that drops is becoming an event. Looking forward to lots more cleaned-up trash (of the best kind)!
