Editing Details:
I tried to stay true to Joel Goodman & Daniel Loewenthal's editing style from the original film. Though y edits are extensive, I didn't want any obvious changes or alterations.
This mostly meant sharp, quick cutting & trying to keep the energy high.

I'm going to keep these reviews very brief as I'm reviewing numerous films in RayDanger's series -

First off, the Friday the 13th series is not top shelf cinema, but they are a fun set of films. RayDanger does a miraculous job of streamlining the entire series, providing a lovingly curated narrative that is more sensical that the ones that the original producers released.

It terms of visual tone, audio, and overall editing, the experience is greatly improved with greater emphasis on suspense throughout.

This was already my favorite installment in the series, and RayDanger tightens up the narrative's logic while retaining the charm of the original film. If anything, his work on the first three films of the franchise are heightened to the level of this installment.

This edit was so much fun! It made the movie quick and so much fun to watch. Greatly edited and paced all throughout. No filler or any bad scenes. Made all characters likeable and definitely one of my favorite horror fanedits. 10/10

Ray Danger once again edits so seamlessly to create a streamlined version of Friday the 13th, Part IV.

I have to nitpick and say there was just one noticeable cut here, when Trish enters the basement and sees Jason killing Rob. But its totally forgivable given the improved pacing of the scene! The edit overall greatly improves the pacing of the original cut and again creates a stronger sense of continuity. This is one of my favorites of the original series, given it actually starts to develop it's characters and makes you like them before they are brutally killed off. This raymix truly is all killer, no filler!
