A version of Scream 4 that can sit next to the original trilogy without feeling like a decade late addition. Both the multiple beginnings and multiple endings have been either revised or cut altogether. Sloppy, hammy dialogue or lines poorly delivered have been cut wherever possible. A version of Scream 4 that can close out the franchise for good.

While SCREAM 4 was mostly considered as a return to form after the lackluster third installment, I still believed that the pacing and overall tone of the film could be improved with the addition of deleted scenes and the removal of some humor and other bits that hurt the movie.

Sidney Prescott returns home to Woodsboro for the last stop on her book tour. But everything turns sour as Ghostface returns to create a new chapter in the Woodsboro Killings. Sidney needs to figure out who’s reinventing the deadly game before it’s too late.
