This is a great fan edit.
What a great idea it was to remove the scenes without Creasy.
It is alot more engaging, not to mention faster paced than the original.

I hadn’t read up on the cuts made so I was expecting Pita to be returned. So I was disappointed that she wasn’t. It was a great, unexpected, twist in the original that she was actually alive and it left me feeling really good.
I like that he didn’t just die in the car ride so it is a better finale but still, it would have been better, for me at least, to have kept Pita alive. Sometimes, cuts that make sense logically don’t agree with the what the heart wants.

I highly recommend this to anybody who enjoys a good old fashioned, action packed revenge movie, without a doubt.
I really did enjoyed to ride!

9/10

wow! EASILY my favorite CBB fanedit and one of my favorites period.

technical quality is perfect and the perspective change (as well as some HEFTY story element changes) make this visually impaired (schizo) flick a payback-esque thriller (of course you have to take out the asshole and put in the “denzel” protaganist ).

everything is a 5/5. if there was a special 6/5 button i’d be using that. but i can’t. so it’s a 5.

I haven't seen the original cut of this film in years so I might have forgot a lot. But I remembered I was bored and later was thinking of selling the DVD, now I'm glad I didn't. If you want to see A Man on Fire then watch this version. No questions asked. My preferred version.

Nothing that was cut is missed, telling the story from Creasy's perspective really helps, it keeps the story more focused and I'm more invested in what happens. The added quotes was a cool change. The new ending is less Hollywood and makes more sense then the "surprise" we got the first time around.

the DVD comes with trailers for other CBB projects, deleted scenes, and most importantly (for me) subtitles. A big +
