I really enjoyed the original Click in the past. I thought it had a surprisingly emotional final act, some decent if lowbrow humor and one of Sandman's best performances. However, during a recent viewing of the film, I found there to be a lot of the lazy bad Improve humor with some forced gross-out and dated pop culture references thrown in that Plagued a lot of his 2010s output (the ones I finished at least). However, this fan edit, while still having a tad bit of those issues, has thankfully made the film a much smoother experience that leaves a lot of that on the cutting room floor and leaves a lot of the early 2000's humor I loved from Sandman untouched and a third act with a surprisingly improved ending. Hugely recommend, easily one of my favorite fanfix's in recent memory.

Once again Bobson has placed a blu-ray on my shelf into obscurity since I prefer this version so much. My only critique is that I prefer the theatrical happy ending. It's a classic "live your life then get to correct all of your mistakes after learning the lesson" type story.

I used to love watching Adam Sandler's movies, despite the Sandlerisms. At the core, many of them tell a compelling story, and I always hoped to have the time and skill to trim the bad jokes, bad acting, excessive vulgarity, and pointless scenes in order to keep the good parts. Well, Bobson Dugnutt got closer than I expected with this edit, and I truly applaud him for that.
Technically, this edit is flawless. I'm not sure I even need to write that, but just in case. Thematically, it is very good - the plot is streamlined and there are significantly fewer cringe worthy moments. I also love the way the movie ends now - it makes a lot more sense.
However, I think more crude and vulgar moments could have been trimmed easily to improve the result - such as most (if not all) the scenes involving the neighbours' kid.
All in all - a wonderful edit, but I would've cut out even more.

I gotta be honest. I like Click. I hadn't seen it in a few years, but this edit made it just as good as I remember. It probably wouldn't have been, had I watched the original and not this edit...

Not gonna lie, I cried during this edit. I've only cried during two other movies; Gremlins because that shit was terrifying, and Avengers: Endgame for obvious reasons. Hopefully that sums up how I feel about this edit.

From what I can tell the audio and visual quality are in tact from the original.
The cuts that have been made are mostly seamless and blend well.
What the editor did with this edit is fantastic and everything I could ask for.
I have always mostly loved this movie, but the "humor" bogged it down.
Adam Sandler humor is very dated and took away from the heart this film has.
The emotionality, message and performances shine because of the cuts.
There's a few things I still wouldn't have filmed, but that can't be helped.
Amazing how this still makes me emotional 16 or so years later.
Loved the ending too. Life isn't perfect and choices have consequences.
