The trims may be small, but their added value is great.
While I liked the theatrical edit, there were a few small things that diminished my experience. I didn't like YonRogg and his dynamic with Vers, and felt that certain jokes didn't really work for me (too much emphasis on the Flerken. We get it).
Lapis's edit certainly improves the film. A few gentle trims help strengthen the team dynamic of the Kree and get rid of certain meaningless gags.
From the technical aspects - the editing is flawless, as far as I could tell.
All in all - a solid fanfix and a definite improvement.
