Id never seen the deleted scenes before and hadnt watched the movie itself in quite some time so I went in blind and tried to see if I could pick out the deleted scenes. They were all seamlessly reintegrated and I couldnt tell where the cuts were. I just noticed the one where Cap's uniform is in the school gym because I knew it wasnt in the movie to begin with. the rest of the deleted scenes are small and quick. After reading about the Sitwell greenscreen scene I have to say it looks great and theres no way I wouldve been able to tell it was a deleted scene. Im glad it was put back in it adds a lot to Maria Hill's character. I just found out there exists a v2 of this edit with updated color grading. excited to see what Bobson is up to next!

There is no question that TM2YC put a lot of work into this and it shows...certainly for me it raise my enjoyment from an 8 (Theatrical) to a 10, though there are a few narrative bbits that still feel off, but that is still up from an 8 (theatrical) to a 9. Others have covered it below, so no point rehasing.
There were segments and passages where the audio had a mudies feel about it. It did not spoil anything per-se but I do wonder if there was an issue on the mixing or conversion ...nevertheless, most won't notice I would imagine.
There is no question that the deleted material does improve the overall narrative, and the work to complete scenes if great, though some still feel not quite over the line...but it worked for me.
Regardless of the nit-piks, I really enjoyed this and it will be my go to version from here...10 Enjoyment and highly recomended.

Great edit, the deleted scenes are small, but give some underrated characters like Maria Hill more time to shine and more time with Natasha, which is always good in my book.
The only things that are a bit bad are some greenscreens in the added scenes look weird (nothing major tho, and very good for a fan edit with unfinished material) and the newly added last line of the movie gets cut off.
I recommend it thoroughly.

A fantastic extended edition by Bobson. All the deleted scenes were seamlessly integrated and adds to the story like Nat and Nick's talk and how Cap evaded the Swat. Also great green screen work truly top notch work.

Another great Bobson edit. I have two quibbles here, but the good so much outweighs the bad that I'd still say this replaces the original cut on the shelf. I did a deep dive into why this film is so great here: https://nottheacademy.com/movie-review-is-the-winter-soldier-still-the-best-marvel-film/
But as far as the quibbles, the first is common to all the Bobson edits I've seen: non-subtitled language. There are only a couple bits, but they're not moments where we the audience are supposed to be in the dark about what's being said. It's not that kind of film. Missing these lines of dialogue, while not a dealbreaker, is a knock on my enjoyment. Ideally, these would just be hardcoded into the appropriate moments. The other one is simply an abrupt cut at the very end of the film, where Sam's line gets eaten by a cut to black.
Those aside, the narrative is made much stronger by the inclusion of the deleted scenes, all of which are good. TM2YC's work completing the green screen scene is unnoticeable, as are all the other A/V edits in the film. This one is near flawless, cheers Bobson.
