Good job. The movie simply flows and editors effort is clearly visible throught. I like the way some scenes are rearranged and basic mistakes corrected. Little details like the inclusion of the song “If I didn’t care” in the scene of Deckard and Rachael walking the street add something extra to the ambient of the movie. Although I have never particularily disliked narration I don’t miss it all that much as I’m now more concentrated on the various changes throughout the movie. The more ambiguous ending in which Deckard questions his own humanity through flashbacks is amazing although I think the line “”But are you sure you are a man?…” does not belong in the scene because it strongly implies that he is a replicant. I also miss opening and closing titles because I feel Vangelis’ score is vital to the overall atmosphere of the movie. Video quality is not great but I can live with that because this is a wonderfull edit and so far my favourite version of the movie.
