If you just want to know if this is worth a watch, then I'd say yes. Regardless of whether you liked the original, this fix is unique enough that it warrants its own viewing.

That being said, there are some things I'd like to point out. I am a fan of the original color grade, and here it just felt artificial. Softer Earth colors do not look good, for example.
Audio is very good, it does its job.
As far as video editing goes, certain scenes are very jarring with abrupt cuts and shots that do not last long enough (The bathroom scene at the end was one of the worst culprits of this). I know these things happen in fanedits, but I saw no attempt to smooth these scenes out.
Audio editing is much better. Nothing more to say here, it's good.
Narrative is good too. The movie obviously will never work without the Doomsday fight, but it was an amazing effort nonetheless, and definitely gives you a lot to chew on.
Enjoyment? Easily a 9. I will definitely be watching it again over the weekend with some friends.

Overall: a cut above the rest despite some glaring technical inconsistencies.

Bravo, bravo *clap* Reese Evans, you are amazing! The cuts/moves you made to the film are exactly what needed to done to tell a great story with the hot mess that was BvS. Thank for you taking the time to put this together, you truly are a master worker. This was the such an enjoyable watch.

Turned a movie that was poorly paced and edited, with plots that were either difficult to follow or difficult to care into a really compelling and satisfying film. Thanks!

A movie I recommend to anyone who was disappointed by the original.
No Justice is far more coherent then the original movie. It removes the extra DCEU stuff and focuses on just a single narrative which I think helps tremendously. While the movie stills has some issues, like the martha scene, as a whole it is a far superior movie compared to the original.

Reese Evans has made complete magic with this film. The theater cut was a huge disappointment for me. With lackluster editing that tried to cram together parts of the movie along with completely unnecessary dream sequences that made no sense, with trailers for their next films that hurt the overall product. As a movie fan, I was completely disappointed with it. As a Batman fan I was devastated to see the badly characterization of Batman as a mass murderer as well. What Reese Evans has done is what I hoped the Ultimate Cut would do. This cut has made every single change I wanted, and made it in such a professional editing, it well could have been the theatrical cut. Amongst other things the magic of editing has made superman's self doubt far from the constant sadness. Made the Lois Lane subplot become the meaningful part of the film it should have always been. And the simple yet major change of Batman not killing regular criminals adds weight to his resolve to murder Superman, and makes the Martha scene much more meaningful. All in all, the No Justice Cut is indeed the Definitive Cut. And Reese's skill is undisputed.
