Back To The Future is one of my all time favorite movies of the 1980s, and I actually wanted a extended cut for a long time. But the original filmmakers wouldn't release one. However this is the closest of ever getting a extended cut.

I like the Darth Vader from Planet Vulcan scene being longer, and the part with Doc Brown looking at his suitcase, which explains why Marty was using a hairdryer to convince his father.

This is the pretty much the best edit yet.

I love Back to the Future and consider it one of my favorite films. That being said I'd never seen any of the deleted scenes. Turns out they are a goldmine Bobson thankfully tapped into for this edit. The scene where Doc is setting up the wire over the street and the police officer comes and asks if he has a permit, and Doc slips him a $50 and the officer says "better not light anything on fire this time" might be the funniest gag in the movie! I cant believe it was cut out, its hilarious. This edit is worth watching for that scene alone

Who've thought that the greastest movie of the all of time could be restored by us, Fanedits. Though some Deleted scenes couldn't match up the movie, It got better, so for the fans who like It shorter, watch the Theatrical one, BUT! for those who want more and love Fanedits, I recommend watch this edit, It looks great, I'll grant you that.

I have no shame in saying that I love Back to the Future! It's in my top 20 (possibly even top 10) favorite movies ever, and with good reason, too! I've also become sort of a fan of Bobson's extended cuts ever since seeing Star Wars: The Darklighter Cut. So when I saw Bobson's name attached to an edit of BTTF, I knew I had to give this one a watch!

The extra 8 minutes of footage in this cut is mostly extra gags. I can see why these bits and pieces were cut out, and I think the choice to shorten the film down to just under two hours was the right decision overall. But with that said, I had a good time with this one! I liked a lot of the extra laughs I got from this cut, and if you're as big a fan of Back to the Future as I am, you owe it to yourself to watch this!

This is the edit I've been wanting to see ever since owning the DVD box set and watching the deleted scenes, satisfying my life-long curiousity about that damn bowl of peanut brittle at the dinner scene. Whilst watching this cut is an editing lesson in itself (did we really need to know why George overslept? Not really, and the way the 'Darth Vader' scene is cut in the original seems extra judiciously done now, in hindsight), overall you can never have too much Back to the Future. Bobson's done all us fans a huge favour by providing this extra-length cut of one of the greatest movies of all time.
