Moore's tenure as Bond unfortunately went out with a whimper when he decided to stick around for one film too many. This edit does a wonderful job of salvaging the great stuff within it by eliminating the worst bits. It's by no means a great Bond film, but it's now much more watchable. Well done!

as a boy roger was my favorite bond - he went to space, had a submarine car and would fight a giant with metal teeth. After pierce made goldeneye rogers movies started looking really cheesy and roger looked really old using a stunt double to even throw punches. also all the silly sex puns made roger look like a horny old man. this cut made me enjoy roger so much more! with all the cuts made roger has the look and a cool demeanor - we dont need cheesy little lines after everything he does. also, he doesnt sleep with everyone he meets. Great edit - totally recommend this.

I think this was Roger More worst Bond movie. He look old. The Bond girl was pretty bad. she was not acting professionaliy. The story was sort of weak & some comedy was silly. The earthquake story remind me the Movie Superman. I like the ski music The Beach Boys you took out & you put Bond music. The fight at the basement with Bond & Sir Godfrey was not good, that's good you took it out. The part with bond horse racing, you edit was also good. Sir Godfrey seeing May Day at the front gate, then removing her was great idea. The S.F. cops was too silly, that's good you edit it out. Taking off peeping Tom Q at the shower scene, was nice. Also Stacey yelling James many times was so annoying, Im glad you took that out. You fix the scene Bond & May Day in bed. The audio & Visual was good. The movie is better. I Enjoy it a lot. Thanks.

Turning, what was for me, the weekest Bond from the Moore era into a good film was no small task. This cut flowed really well, and without all the cheesy and silly parts became a much better movie.

This one has already replaced the Bluray as my prefered watch. Congratulations Lapis Molari!

Oh, and the english subtitles are the cherry on top!

I always wanted to see a more serious version of Roger Moore's Bond. This is it. All the corny jokes, one liners and silliness have been cut out. There's no silly fire engine chase. No Beach Boys. The Eiffel Tower sequence has been edited perfectly. This is the Bond I always wanted Roger Moore to play. It's more heavily cut than the LS cut. It makes it a more serious film. I have just one criticism. It just ended abruptly. There's no after action scene to bring us gently down to earth at the end of the film. Or rather, there's no Bond in bed with the girl at the end. I understand why it was done. The girl in this case was Tanya Roberts. Roger Moore was probably old enough to be her grandfather. So I understand it. But I think personally, I might have been tempted to leave at least some of that in there, for the sake of rounding out the film itself, because as it stands, the film does just end rather abruptly with the climactic fight scene atop the Golden Gate Bridge. That said, this is still the kind of Bond film that I always wanted Roger Moore to make, and one I would happily watch again.
