Very skilfully edited. The intercutting between the plane scenes and Jean's house was well done, and the visual effects were well chosen to give it the old school look, especially's Storm's effects.

This edit is the balls. I love everything about it. It looks phenomenal, so expertly recreating the look of the time to a degree I never could. Really impressive work. The story flies by. I love how it opens and ends just like the serials, leaving you wanting more. Phenomenal, phenomenal work.

Excellent. Rogue-theX truly is the most talented editor I have seen when it comes to re-creating the 'classic' look, including fonts, use of lighting, music - the whole deal. It somewhat breaks the illusion to see modern day special effects within such a framework, but it doesn't matter really.

Goddamn you Rogue! I want to see what happens next!
While the two subplots are only linked by the opening title cards the music and editing makes it appear as if it was the original story that is presented here.
Especially the pilot-title card is a fun idea to change the mood of the story. True it is only one title card explaining the motivation but knowing that the air battle had a much more personal element which i enjoyed.
The more the tension rose the more i feared that it would end the way it ends... leaving you wanting more
